Insuretech startup automating insurance verification with machine learning and AI.

Product offering was a very new concept. Most people involved in the reviewing contracts for insurance purposes were not aware an AI solution could be a time saver. Others saw the technology as a threat and did not want to utilize for fear of becoming obsolete.  

After an initial audit I developed a 3 prong strategy:

1. Guide technical through a migration of all assets without losing authority and/or visibility
2. Implemented headless CMS to vastly improve speed performance and reduce bounce rates hindering site conversions.
3. Create content related to trending topics in industry. Implement  a content calendar with keyword clusters specifically written to convert browsers into users.

• Increased crawl budgets by 70% 
• 93% improvement in LCP and 67% improvement in speed index for top 10 LPs
• Improved generic keyword clicks by 123% YoY
• Insurance related content grew by 67% YoY
